Once connected, FlowPOS acts as the single source of truth for inventory. Changes made in FlowPOS (sales, adjustments, stock counts) are pushed to your online store in real time. You never need to manage stock in two places.

Inventory master FlowPOS owns inventory once the integration is active. Stop editing stock directly in your online store — FlowPOS will overwrite those values on the next sync.
One store per business In the current version, each FlowPOS business can connect one store. Multi-store support is on the roadmap.
No technical setup required The connection uses OAuth. No API keys, webhooks, or developer accounts are needed on the merchant's side.
